General
Order
Orders will only be final when the buyer has confirmed the order after receiving a confirmation email. In some cases an order can be refused without any further motivation from the seller. It is not possible to place orders by telephone.
Prices
All prices are in Euros (€) and include 19 % BTW (sales tax) but exclude postage charges (see below for Postage charges).
Methods of payment
With the order you will receive an invoice from QuiltatHome. Payment takes place by means of transferring the amount due to the Giro account number mentioned above, within 10 days of receiving your order. The date of payment is the date on which the money has been received on the QuiltatHome account. If your order exceeds € 75.00 you are kindly requested to transfer the money in advance to our Giro account number.
Postage
To all prices in this web shop €2,50 towards postage will be added. The buyer will pay postage. Orders above € 50.oo are free of a postage charge. For deliveries outside the Netherlands different postage charges apply. These will be discussed with the buyer on request. If the seller has to make expenses to obtain the amount due, then these expenses will have to be paid by the customer who failed to make proper payments.
Returning an order
In the unlikely event you want to exchange or return an article, this is possible. You have the right to return an article within 7 working days after the actual delivery date, after consulting us. The article has to be undamaged and it has to be returned in the same packaging as it was originally sent in. The postage costs of returning articles are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned articles without proper postage or packages sent C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted. If you have already paid the amount due, this will be reimbursed to the buyer’s account (minus the postage charge) within 14 days after the actual delivery of the returned articles. After the period of 7 days the purchase cannot be returned or exchanged anymore.
Please note: It is not possible to exchange or return materials that have been cut off especially or articles which are on special offer.
Privacy
All personal details that you give to us by placing your order will be processed by us taking into account the rules and regulations of the Law on Private Details Protection (Dutch WBP Law). The information you give will only be used for our own administration and will not be given to third parties. It is in your own interest never to give personal information via the Internet about bank or credit card details.
Liability
The seller cannot accept liability as a result of mistakes in the texts, incorrect and/or incomplete information on this website. The seller is not responsible for loss or damages that occurred during transport. We are obliged to package your order well in order to minimise the chance for damages.
